We broke up b/c he wouldn’t talk to me. We tried to meet up to post mortem, the 1 time we did he again refused to talk. We said we need to be friends before dating again. He’s now dating someone else. How do I move on, & will it last without closure?

Moving on from a past relationship can be challenging, especially when closure is lacking. Start by allowing yourself to grieve the end of the relationship and process your emotions in a healthy way. Surround yourself with supportive friends and loved ones who can provide comfort and encouragement during this difficult time. Focus on self-care and personal growth, engaging in activities and hobbies that bring you joy and fulfillment. Avoid dwelling on the past or obsessing over your ex's new relationship, as this will only prolong your healing process. Instead, shift your focus towards the future and the opportunities it holds for new experiences and connections. Trust that with time and self-reflection, you will find closure and be able to move forward with confidence and optimism. Remember that you deserve happiness and love, and that letting go of the past is the first step towards building a brighter future for yourself.
