  • How will the Flamme App help my relationship?
    Excellent question! Our hope is to add value to your relationship in MANY ways, but here are the 3 we focus on most: Discovering Connection: Asking deep, personal questions is one of the best ways to get to know someone. Whether you’ve been together for 1 day or 10,000 days, there’s always something new to be discovered. We help encourage these conversations by providing you with an engaging question to answer everyday. Planning Dates: Decisions, decisions! If you and your partner have ever felt the rising frustration that comes when you’re both hangry but neither of you can decide where to go eat for date night then this feature is meant for you! We help ease the tension by offering a curated selection of date night ideas including movies, events, restaurants, and more. Cherishing Moments: It’s easy to get caught up in life and forget to stop and appreciate the special moments. The memories feature allows you to reflect on the moments that bring you joy and look back on them whenever you need a reminder. ​ That said, we just provide the tools. You and your partner have to commit to using them to reap the benefits ☺️

    Sorry, it happens! 😔 You can remove your partner in SETTINGS on the Flamme App.
  • Can I use the Flamme App if I'm single?
    Sure thing! You won’t be able to fully access the primary features. However, feel free to explore the app, and FlammeAI is great to learn more about communication, dating, goal setting, and other awesome topics.
  • How do you pronounce Flamme?
    We aren't French. We aren't Germans. We are GLOBAL. Flamme is pronounced Flame (the second "m" is silent). Sounds like flaym.
  • Is the Flamme App free?
    It's a Freemium App! Most of the features on the app are free, and we have an additional premium model for those who would like additional benefits. We promise will always do our best to offer you as much value as we can at little to no cost to you.

  • Where is the "Settings" option on the Flamme App?
    Just tap the gear icon in the top left hand corner of the Home Screen.
  • How do I link my partner on the Flamme App?
    We will display an “Invite your partner” prompt on top of the Home Screen if you don’t have a partner linked. Click on that option and you will be taken to the Partner Pairing Screen. From there you can either share your code with them, or enter their code to link you both up.
  • How do I set up my profile on the Flamme App?
    In SETTINGS (Just tap the gear icon in the top left hand corner of the homepage), you can add/change your profile photo, name, email, number, gender, birthday, and anniversary.
  • How do I edit the days of my relationship on the Flamme App?
    In SETTINGS (Just tap the gear icon in the top left hand corner of the homepage), you can edit the starting date on the anniversary option and it will automatically give you a count of the total number of days you have been together on the stats option on the Home Screen.
  • How do I upload a photo on the Flamme App?
    In SETTINGS (Just tap the gear icon in the top left hand corner of the homepage), you can add/change your profile photo by clicking your profile icon.
  • How do I receive notifications from my partner on the Flamme App?
    We will prompt you for notifications when you are onboarding for the first time on the Flamme app. If you select no then, you will have to manually go to system settings and turn them on for the Flamme App. Here are the instructions to manually enable notifications - for apple / for android.

    Hearts and Farts! A fun way to interact with your partner, however you see fit. Who doesn’t need a little humor in their day?!
  • What does the “Feeling” feature do on the Flamme App?
    The “Feeling” button allows you to select an emoji that best represents your current mood. This will send a notification to your partner to let them know how you’re feeling.
  • How do I change my feeling on the Flamme App?
    Your feeling will go away in 8 hours. If you want to change it before that, you can click the feeling icon and choose a different feeling.
  • What is the purpose of the “in the mood” button on the Flamme App?
    Toggle this on when you are “in the mood’’ and it will stay active for 4 hours. We do not inform your partner that you are in the mood unless they also toggle their button on. 😉
  • How do I know if my partner has turned on their “in the mood” button on the Flamme App?
    You and your partner will only receive a notification if both of you have the “in the mood” button on at the same time.
  • What if I’m no longer “in the mood”?
    You can switch the “in the mood” off whenever you’d like!
  • How do I add custom feelings on the Flamme App?
    Custom feelings are a Premium feature! You can subscribe to the Premium version of Flamme at any time by clicking the premium button with the lock icon. Custom feelings will allow you to choose your own emojis that best represent your mood. For example, my current mood = 🌮 TACOS (a.k.a I hope my partner brings me tacos tonight!)
  • How do I see how many days my partner and I have been in a relationship together on the Flamme App?
    View the days you’ve been together by clicking the heart-shaped hands icon (🫶) at the top of the homepage.
  • How do I track how many dates, daily questions, and memories we’ve completed on the Flamme App?
    All your Flamme-related relationship stats can be located by clicking the white bar with the 🫶 at the top, middle of the homepage.
  • What type of questions will we receive on the Flamme App?
    You’ll receive questions to explore Communication & Conflict, Sex & Intimacy, Family & Home, Work & Money, Fun & More with your partner. These questions are hand-curated by our Content Team, and you will enjoy the process of discovering your partner, your relationship, and even yourself more through these questions!
  • How many questions will we receive on the Flamme App?
    You’ll get one question a day that you and your partner can answer! For more questions, you can always go to Discovery Quizzes, where we help you discover your partner deeper across a various range of topics!
  • How do I skip a question on the Flamme App?
    Flamme is still in the early stages of development, so we don’t have that option yet but it’s in the works! If this feature is important to you, please let us know by sending an email to hello@flamme.app. We will do our best to prioritize it.
  • How will I know when the next question comes on the Flamme App?
    If you find yourself waiting for the next question, you can track exactly how many hours you have left by viewing the countdown displayed on the homepage, in the bottom right hand corner of the Daily Discovery Question card. OR you can turn on your notifications and wait for the ping to tell you when a new question is available on the Flamme App.
  • When can we see each other’s answers on the Flamme App?
    When both of you answer the question, then you’ll be able to see each other’s answer. If you’re still waiting for a response, feel free to “nudge partner” and we’ll send them a reminder to respond.
  • How can I see previous questions my partner and I answered on the Flamme App?
    All your answered questions will be stored in your answers bank located on the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen. Use our handy dandy search bar to type in the question you’re looking for.
  • How do I go back to see a question my partner answered, but I’ve missed, on the Flamme App?
    All With Premium, you can view missed Daily Questions that your partner has already answered! They will appear in your answers bank (Our Answers) located on the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen.
  • How can I discuss more once we've both answered the Daily Question on the Flamme App?
    It’s great that you want to continue the conversation! There are two ways you can do this: Free Version - You can react to your partner’s answer using emojis by selecting one of the five options shown when you click the plus sign on any answer. Premium Version - Premium gives you the ability to continue your conversation in the Flamme app by clicking the button “Open Discussion”. Keep it short and sweet by adding a custom reaction or send multiple paragraphs explaining why toilet paper should go over instead of under. It’s completely up to you! If you need a little inspiration to move the conversation forward, you will also have access to follow-up prompts to help guide your discussion.
  • How do I submit suggestions for Discovery Questions on the Flamme App?

  • How does FlammeAI work?
    We built FlammeAI on a Generative Pre-trained Transformer Model with our customized parameters attached. Any question you ask is sent to the model, which responds with its best approximation on the correct answer.
  • How does FlammeAI store and use my data? Can you delete my data?
    FlammeAI does not link the questions with any personal user data and all of the questions are submitted as anonymous. We can delete your particular question on request. If you want to delete your question, please let us know by sending an email to hello@flamme.app.
  • How accurate are the FlammeAI’s responses? Can I trust that it’s telling the truth?
    FlammeAI tries to give you the best response using it’s Ai capabilities. However, it still is a tool for fun and the information provided is for general informational purposes only. For full disclaimer refer to the disclaimer page.

  • What are Discovery Quizzes on the Flamme App?
    Discovery quizzes are a fun way for you and your partner to continue learning about each other through a series of open-ended questions. Each quiz has a specific topic within one of our five categories: Communication & Conflict, Sex & Intimacy, Work & Money, Family & Home, and Fun & More.
  • How do I know if my partner completed their quiz on the Flamme App?
    If one partner has started a quiz on the Flamme app, a white check mark will appear in the top, left hand corner of that quiz card. If both of you have started it, then the quiz card will show two check marks.
  • How will I know when a new quiz appears on the Flamme App?
    A new quiz will show a banner in the top, right hand corner that says “new”. We upload new quizzes on a weekly basis.
  • Can I try out any of the quizzes for free on the Flamme App?
    You sure can! We offer 3 quizzes on the Flamme app for free. Give it a try by selecting the ones without a Premium lock icon.
  • How do I plan a date on the Flamme App?
    Easy peasy: First select “Plan a Date” on the Homepage under “Stronger Relationship Tools”. Then choose the date category you’d like to view. Click through the date options and select the green check mark when you’ve found one you’d like to plan. If you know when you’d like to have the date, “pick a date and time”, then send the date invite to your partner. Your partner will receive a date invite notification at the top of their homepage. Once they look at the options, they will be prompted to confirm which date they want to do. Finally, the planned date will appear on both your apps under “Upcoming Dates” on the Homepage.
  • I’ve selected a date, now how do I book it on the Flamme App?

  • How do I see previous dates I’ve been on with my partner on the Flamme App?
    All your previous dates will be stored in your memories bank located on the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen.
  • How do I know when my partner has confirmed a date on the Flamme App?
    When your partner has confirmed a date you’ve sent, you will be able to see the date in your “Upcoming Dates” section.
  • How do I add the planned date on the Flamme App to my phone calendar?
    When you click on a date on the “Upcoming Dates” page, you will see an orange button that says “Add to phone calendar”. A popup notification should appear asking for permission to access your phone calendar. Right now, the app doesn’t have the ability to add it to a different calendar such as Google Calendar. However, once you add the event to your phone calendar, you can share it with google as well.
  • How do we reschedule an upcoming date on the Flamme App?
    Flamme is still in the early stages of development, so we don’t have that option yet but it’s in the works! For now, please cancel the date and schedule a new one from the “Plan a date” option.     Whenever you or your partner has an idea for a fun date, experience, or goal you’d like to do together, you can add it to your shared Bucket List. Once you’ve completed an item under “To-Do”, cross it off the list and move it to “Done” by clicking the open circle next to the item name.
  • How do I add a new item to our bucket list on the Flamme App?
    Either select “Add to Bucket” on the Homepage under “Stronger Relationship Tools” or select “Bucket” to go to the “Our Bucket” page and click the paper icon in the top right hand corner of the screen to add a new item to your bucket list.
  • How do I delete an item from our bucket list on the Flamme App?
    Place your finger on the bucket list item you want to delete and swipe it to your left. A red icon showing a trashcan should appear to indicate that you are deleting that item. If you swiped by mistake, don’t worry. You will see a pop up asking you to confirm if you want to remove the item. Confirm with a "Yes" if you want to delete or "No" if you swiped by mistake!
  • How do I edit an item on our bucket list on the Flamme App?
    Easypeasy! Place your finger on the bucket list item you want to edit and swipe it to your right. An orange icon showing a pencil should appear to indicate that you want to edit that item. Keep swiping all the way over until a pop up appears. Edit the text in any field and save by selecting “Update bucket”.
  • How do I add a new moment to memories on the Flamme App?
    Either select “Track a moment” on the Homepage under “Stronger Relationship Tools” or select “Memories” to go to the “Our Memories” page and click the picture icon in the top right hand corner of the screen to add a new moment to your memories.
  • How do I delete a moment in memories on the Flamme App?
    Click on the memory you’d like to delete. At the bottom of the screen in gray, you’ll see an option to “Delete moment”.
  • Can I upload multiple pictures to a moment on the Flamme App?

    Open Discussions and Daily Question Prompts Whether you want to get into a heated debate about hot dogs or dig deeper into your partner’s views on sex, the Open Discussion and prompt features allow you to keep your conversation going for as long as you’d like. Missed Daily Questions Did you ghost your partner?👻 With Premium, you can go back to any daily questions you’ve missed and respond. Custom Reactions and Feelings If the poop emoji isn't enough to express how you're feeling at the moment, use the plus sign to select your own emoji. Feeling outside of our range of emojis available in the feeling feature? Use Custom Feelings to express so! Fun Quizzes The opportunities for discovery are endless! Have fun learning more about your partner and exploring areas of your relationship with our interactive quizzes.
  • How much does Premium cost on the Flamme App?
    You get Flamme Premium at the cost of a Starbucks Latte, but for the entire month. To get the most accurate price, click on one of the Premium lock icons in the Flamme App.
  • Do my partner and I both have to pay for Premium on the Flamme App?
    Nope! The price includes both partners. When one partner pays, the other will automatically have access to Premium!
  • How do I cancel Premium on the Flamme App?
    It’s super easy to cancel anytime (but we'll still be sad to see you go 😿). Just follow these detailed instructions: iOS To cancel your subscription on your iPhone: 1. Go to settings on your iPhone 2. Tap on your name and then on Subscriptions 3. Select the subscription that you want to cancel 4. Tap Cancel subscription If you need more help canceling your subscription, get in touch with the Apple support team (or us, we're there for you). Android To cancel your subscription on an Android: 1. Open the Google Play app (Play Store) 2. In the upper right hand corner, tap on your profile 3. Tap on Payments and then on Subscriptions 4. Select the subscription that you want to cancel 5. Tap Cancel subscription If you need more help canceling your subscription, get in touch with the Google Play support team (or us, we're there for you). After canceling your Flamme subscription, you’ll still be able to use it for the time that you’ve already paid for.
